Sometimes, accessing your Jamb CAPS can be difficult. After login in to your Jamb profile, you will have to click the purple coloured rectangle button at the bottom of the homepage to visit CAPS. Then you will see the “ACCESS my CAPS” button. But this “access my caps” button doesn’t often respond. This is even after choosing desktop mode.

1. Use the CAPS app. Using the CAPS apps may help you surmount the challenge of not being able to pass this stage of ACCESS MY CAPS.

Those having this challenge may have used the website https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility. So, go to Play Store and download Jamb CAPS Mobile, install and follow through.

2. Login to https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility and click create efacility account/log in at the top-right. In the next page, insert your username and password

3. Once logged in to your profile, click on the purpose coloured rectangle button.

4. In the next page, you will see “Access my CAPS”. This is where the trick is. If you have been clicking here but can’t forge ahead, then use a laptop to do this trick. Hold your control (CTRL) button down and click the “access my caps”. This will take you to another tab in your browser.

Inside that tab, your CAPS must have opened. Go on and check your admission status and your o’level if it was correctly uploaded
