Many freshers are often asking what next after they must completed a task in their clearance, anticipating the next course of action. In this material, we attempt to outline a step by step procedure of how the online clearance, verification and faculty file opening should look like.
To complete the 100 level online clearance, you will need to process your online clearance, go to the department for physical verification and go to your Faculty for Faculty File opening.
Below is a step by step approach towards completing your NDU 100 level clearance:
Steps In NDU Clearance, Physical Verification and Faculty File Opening
1. Online Clearance
Proceed to our (A & U Ng) office for online clearance at main campus gate, Amassoma. Upon getting to our office, we get all relevant details and proceed to the relevant office for o’level verification. O’level verification takes less than 5minutes after which you come back to the office.
The o’level verification is just a medium where the university officials check if your subject qualifies you for the course you have been admitted to. You pay a total of N62,000 and N23,500 for accumulated charges for total clearance and online fees. (Please note: if your school fees is not ready yet, it is an expert advice to wait).
2. Pay School Fees
Once your acceptance has been paid and relevant information provided during the clearance, your school fees is due for payment. We pay the school fees and print acceptance letter and you proceed for departmental verification.
3. Departmental Verification
Many persons also call department verification as physical verification. In any case, both are correct and they all refer to a situation where your department check the documents in your hand whether they are actually same with what you uploaded as they have your uploads with them in their systems.
They also check for instance, if you use a Bayelsan LGA, whether you went and brought a Deltan LGA. And then your o’level suitability. The department also check if your five o’level are complete or any subject is missing. They also use a scratch card to check if your o’level is original as they login to WAEC/NECO portal to actually confirm your o’level. Hence, if you went to a café to design a WAEC result for you, this is the dead end for you.
Want to buy a WAEC or NECO scratch card? Call us now on 08060699054 or visit our office at main campus gate to get a scratch card now
4. Clearance Acknowledgement Slip
The clearance acknowledgement slip is what confirms that your department actually confirms your clearance. Without it, it means you have not verified. After that, it remains Faculty File Opening. But you will need some documents to add to your clearance documents. So now, it is time to gather them.
5. Course Enrolment
We have different types of course enrolment but the one you will use for Faculty file opening is the main course enrolment which cost N4,000 for freshers and N2,000 for returning students. For those who did their processing in our office, they may have paid for their course enrolment as we add it to the N23,500 state earlier in this material, otherwise, you pay N4,000
Medicals cost N8,000. If you paid the N23,500, it means you have paid for medicals in our office, otherwise, you pay N8,000. After getting the medical receipt, you will also pay for Regenix to process your medicals online for N1,000. Regenix is different from the medical receipt of N8,000. Then take both the Regenix and the N8,000 receipt to Sick Bay to process your medicals. They will you’re your blood sample and urine and make analysis. The printout they will give you will be photocopied into four and added to the Faculty files.
7. Admission Letter, Clearance Certificate and Personal Data Form
These three documents comes together and they are only available after payment of school fees and verification. If you haven’t verified, you cannot print these three documents.
