This research project was undertaken to investigate community participation and development of women education in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State. The descriptive survey research design was adopted. From a population of 10,220 participants which consisted of administrators (220), women (5,000), men (4,000), and community leaders (1,000). The sample comprised of 360 respondents randomly selected from the 3 communities in Ethiope East Local Government Area. The instrument used was a questionnaire titled “Community Participation and Development of Community Participation Questionnaire. The value of the reliability test realized was .65. Three research questions were raised. The result from the questionnaire was analyzed using simple percentage. The findings of the study showed that community participation and development of women education in Ethiope East Local Government Area by building learning centers and learning aids. The study made the following recommendations amongst others that government should build more learning centers and provide qualified facilitators and also provide learning aids for women education in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.
