After announcing that school fees payment portal is now open for 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 together with course enrollment processing which can now be done without payment of school fees, it seemed management has hidden a clause for 2019/2020 academic session.

Pay Your School Fees Little-By-Little

All attempt to process course enrollment for 2019/2020 academic session without paying school fees was not successful after several attempts.

Further information gotten from inquiries revealed that students must still pay 2019/2020 academic session school fees before processing course enrollment for the session unlike 107/2018 and 2018/2019 where students can process course enrollment without paying school fees.

Nonetheless, this information was not contained in the original bulletin released by the NDU management neither was it contained in the www.ndufees.com homepage information.

Recall that the Niger Delta University management on April 14th published that the payment of school fees has been extended and will last only for two months. The NDU management noted that “as a palliative to cushion the effect of Covid 19 pandemic, the University management has granted amnesty to students by reopening the registration portal for students to register online and pay their fees for the backlog of 2016/2017, 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 academic sessions.

NDU Re-opens, Extends School Fees Payment by Two Months

This new deadline/grace period was to expire/elapse by 13th June, 2020.

Management had also added that students can now process their courses enrollment without payment of school fees but must process school fees e-teller before such opportunity will be accessible. However, it has been learnt that students can only process course enrollment without school fees payment for only previous sessions, i.e. 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 academic session.

However, for 2019/2020 academic session, students must pay their school fees before processing their course enrollment. So, if you are unable to process your course enrollment after processing school fees e-teller for 2019/2020, just know that you have to pay school fees first.
