Nigeria’s current Coronavirus cases has risen to 65 with 14 new confirmed cases yesterday. The number as at 26th March was 51, 2 discharged and one death.

However, with the current case, the country now have 65 cases, 3 discharged with 1 death.

The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control yesterday confirmed that “we are seeing more cases of #COVID19 in #Nigeria as a result of a combination of factors.

We’re working very hard to scale up our testing capacity to bring in more people for clinical management” with a photo attached (posted below):

Nigerian Tribune had earlier published that the Federal Government of Nigeria is tracing 4,370 suspect contact cases, an impression that experts had earlier given that there are many more untested cases in the country. Many held the belief that Nigerian low cases is not really because of anything but inability to conduct test.
