An academic transcript is one of the requirement to be granted admission for a continued study either through transfers or postgraduate studies.

To get a copy of your transcript, visit your school and apply for a copy of your transcript. If your school does not release students’ copy of transcript, there may be issues in your application if the process requires you to uplod it yourself.

To send your transcript to WES (World Education Service), you have to apply to your university. Go to your university and apply for your transcript.
In the letter for application for transcript (sampled below), you have to specify the address the transcript is going to. The university will get the transcript there. WES do not actually allow applicants to send transcript themselve. So, the university does that.
Just apply to your university and ensure you give the university the right address. World Education Service (WES) have branches in many countries such as Canada, UK, US, etc.

To write a letter for transcript, please take note of the following:
1. The transcript letter must contain 3 addresses. Your address (sender), the undergraduate school address (the school to process the transcript) and the recipient address (the new school receiving the transcript).
2. The Recipient address must be complete. Especially for transcripts going aborad, there is need for a contact to call if the courier is somehow misdirected.
3. You must track your transcript processing progress.
Follow the following procedure to complete your transcript application letter
Insert your address to the right top
Insert the address of the school/office to process your application under the first address but this time, to the left.
Insert the title of the letter. I.e. APPLICATION FOR TRANSCRIPT.
Complete the body of the letter with your details to be used to identify you like full name, department, faculty and matriculation number.
Instruct the school to send the transcript to an address.
State the address the transcript is going to.
Add salutation
Close your letter.
